    The following clause does not concern personalized items such as kimonos and abayas designed by Ayna Boutique (creation 140cm / 150cm / etc) AND the following products: abaya, caftans, evening dresses, qamis, salwar kameez and accessories which do not are neither returned nor exchanged.

    If you want to return an unwanted item to me, you have every right to do so, as long as it is within 14 days of delivery, and provided that:
